the staff were super friendly n helpful. we got an upgrade to a really nice resort king room! the lobby n bars looked amazing with all the christmas decor. breakfast was yum, loved the choices. spa was tranquil n relaxing in the morn.
only probs were the dirty windows in one room n some laundry bags left in the corridors when we arrived. could’ve been tidied up better.

Inconsistent cleanliness in rooms needs serious attention!!! The noise disturbances from adjoining rooms diminish any chance of a restful night!!! Overcrowded dining experiences turn relaxing meals into chaotic cattle markets!!!

The beautifully decorated common areas were inviting and comfortable, with a lovely fire adding warmth. I found the accessibility quite accommodating, making it easy for me to navigate and enjoy all the facilities during my stay.
More variety in dining options for seniors would help.

missingWrote a review on Dec 21top-notch grubfriendly vibeexcellent breakfastmissing amenitiesslow service
Had a grand time exploring the Percy French pub—top-notch grub and a friendly vibe. Breakfast served a feast fit for kings! The pool and spa were a real treat too, like a wee slice of heaven.
Had a few hiccups though—no bathrobes on arrival and room service was slower than the post on a Sunday. Just a bit disheartening for a five-star spot, like waiting for a bus that never shows up.

The personalized room upgrade for our anniversary was a delightful surprise, enhancing our experience. The spa evening view was mesmerizing but marred by a noisy pool area during our relaxation time.

The infinity-edge pool at the spa offered stunning views.

Great staff and tasty food
Had a nice 2-night stay for my hubby's birthday. Staff were super friendly and the breakfasts when we finally got them were great! The room was a bit chilly, and we had a wait for breakfast, but overall it was a decent trip. The lounge area was lovely for our evening drinks.

For families looking for a relaxing getaway
We had an amazing time utilizing the spa-great facilities, clean, and the staff were great, really took care of us. Breakfast was a highlight too, variety was excellent, everything was fresh and cooked to perfection.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but worth it for what we got.
